MICROFUSIÓ CATALANA ensures the quality of the castings by means of several testings during the different stages of their production.
We make dimensional, metallurgical, analytical and non destructive testings, issuing the suitable certifications if required:


Mechanical characteristics: Hardness controls (in Rockwell, Brinell, Vickers scales) made by durometers.
Metallographic controls: Metallographic and micrographic tests for the structure controls.
Dimensional controls: Checking of the dimensions by traditional means (gages, micrometers, dial indicators) or with tridimensional machines.
Chemical and instrumental analysis: Control of the chemical composition of the alloys with a spectrometer.
The reliability of the controls we carry out in our laboratory is guaranteed by the high degree of admissibility and precision of the obtained values.
